Hangry! Do not rely on having food. We pre-booked food vouchers (T&Cs: non-transferable or refundable) for our return flight but apparently only the half the food supplies were loaded at Gatwick which the outbound passengers ate almost all of. So there were no hot meals or sandwiches left by the time they reached us in row 6 on the return flight. Surely if we commit to purchasing food on board then EasyJet should commit to having some available or at least sending an email when plane left Gatwick so we could purchase at airport. Got the price of the voucher back but no compensation for going 12 hours without food. Also embarrassed by Gatwick staff at gate concerning a medical bag and seats have very little leg room.

Top airline. Always very helpful. Always help us with whatever needs we have. I highly recommend these guys. We always use these to fly to Paphos, from Luton. Normally the cheapest, but not always. That said, we have gone with these guys all but one time coming to Cyprus.

During the flight the seat of my son was given to another passenger. My son is a full-fare paying passenger. After boarding and takeoff as normal, the seat was momentarily vacated. A passenger in the same row lay down and started to occupy the seat. Neither my son nor I were asked for consent or even informed of this action. I raised my issue with the aircrew. I was told that as I'd momentarily vacated, I had to maintain this status quo and sacrifice my son's seat. No alternative was offered. No timeframe was given. The only option I was presented was for both my son and I to squeeze into the same seat. The situation lasted for the majority of the flight. The senior cabin crew said customer services would refund for my son's seat. I followed this advice. Easyjet has offered no refund at all and closed the case.

easyJet is getting further and further. Last summer it was an absolutely chaos. Such massive mess, that the staff of operations ground resigned. A year later, 2023, they are doing the same, following the same practice. They are axing and cancelling thousands of flights and it seems they are happy with that because no action are taken on them. A serious solid investigation should be opened on them. The customer service is quite poor. They show no emphatic nor flexibility in change dates. Of course, I won't book with them unless I can see they are trying to minimise which it is clearly not. Hopefully people are aware and avoid the distress they caused on me

Very poor service. I have had to use multiple times due to being the only option on a particular route but every time my flights have been heavily delayed or cancelled. Due to staffing issues but they lie and blame other factors to avoid paying compensation. No support when flights get cancelled, very poor quality airline. Completely unreliable and with flight cancellations, you'll likely be stuck with no solution and no one to help. Pay a little extra and fly with a different airline or use another airport, it's worth every penny avoiding. Most recent experience, flight cancelled while at the airport after multiple delays (this is the 3rd time of this happening in the space of a few months) with zero support or help, stuck for days trying to travel.

Zero help from customer service when there are problems with flights. Even for frequent fliers, nothing.

We were about to travel with our parents and 4 years child and got assurance about cabin bag size one day before our travel. After check in and all done noone said anything about our cabin size but when we were finally going to last stage of taking bus to be in the flight the lady immediately said we can't go without paying for cabin bag price as according her it was not the standard size . We told her that one her airline operater confirmed and gave assurance about bo issue on size then why now she is saying this. She was so loud and said she is going to cancel our tickets if we won't pay. And didn't realize were with our kid and orderly parents and didn't listen to us. It's one of the horrible and bad experience with us. We had to pay around 80 pounds and were totally stressed

Horribly rude representatives and a website that proves extremely confusing. Feels like you’re being scammed at any and every opportunity. I feel badly for those who don’t understand that they have probably already paid for baggage. Complete rip off. If the staff were friendly, maybe it wouldn’t feel like such a terrible experience.

Terrible service. The price showing on the website is not the amount you pay. You will get charged for your on board suitcase and sit when you purchase the ticket. And pay the same suitcase when you check in online. When I come to the boarding station, the server didn't allow me to take it on board and asked me to pay it as a checked luggage. However when I took it on board, it perfectly fitted in. Am I getting charged just because of asian looking and having a rimova standard on board suitcase?
