Never ever flying with PIA again. Absolutely horrible management and service. Book PIA only if you don't like peaceful flights or your hard earned money. If it were up to me, I'd give this Airlines negative rating. Even 1/10 is being extremely generous.

Never flying from PIA again. Horrible, horrible airline, terrible ways of handling customers. This airline is scamming everyone with their outrageous "policies" during the current pandemic.

I am severely disgusted in PIA for the way in which they have handled the crisis of COVID-19. Having cancelled all of their flights upto April 5th, they have not sent out any confirmation e-mails regarding this. When I rang the airline contact centre, I spoke to an agent on 26.03.2020 at 4.42pm who told me my flight has been cancelled however they will not book me and my father onto the emergency flights leaving the same date (29.03) and same time (11.50am) as our original flights. When I queried why, he just told me he could not. I asked to speak to his manager which he refused and also would not provide me with his managers name. I further asked him for a confirmation e-mail my flights have been cancelled and he refused to do this. He then went on to cut the call on me. I am so disgusted this is the kind of service PIA provide to it's loyal customers. Do not ever book with this disgusting airline again, they will rob you of your money and then when it comes down to solving problems they will vanish on you.

Excellent all the time every time for the price we pay, its excellent

I have been flying via PIA on local and international routes. The Staff isn't very courteous and smiling all the time but then there are exceptions. Food is mostly good but in-flight entertainment is pretty poor as compared to better carriers like Emirates, Etihad and American airlines.

I must admit, I am totally surprised and impressed when I took the flight from Islamabad to London. As soon as I entered the aircraft, I was welcomed with smiley and smart looking staff (which is slightly unusual). The plane was clean and the seats were comfortable. The pillows were on each seat along with the blankets. All clean. In flight entertainment was ready before the flight was even taken off. The screens were right in front of you (on the back of the front seats) and you can choose from Movies, Cartoons, Games, TV Shows, Airline front and downwards camera and much more. All touch screen. When the lunch arrived, they had a menu.... yes menu with options ! We were offered Fish Pasta, Chicken curry with rice and lamb with rice. I went with chicken rice and my mum went for Fish Pasta. On both the trays, the main course was different but the desert and the rest was same. The desert was chocolate cheese cake. Once we finished with the food, we were offered drinks and then the staff tidied everything up. After few hours we were offered snack and it was croissant with cheese and chicken (extremely tasty and fresh) along with lemon tart and tea. The plane was PIA Premier.

Fantastic airline has had its ups and its fair share of downs but is definitely on the mend inshallah. We all as Pakistani nationals both in Pakistan and abroad should support our national carrier and remain loyal as always and with all the new aircraft and also the premier service being launched good times are ahead inshallah

Most unacceptable service. Absolutely disgusted how my mother and I were treated. No hospitality, no apologies for Staff mistakes and most of all back talk and ignorance of what was being said. I am Honestly outraged by this behaviour and horrid service and poor excuse of an airline. Oh and our flight was delayed by 9 hours not to mention the old food that was served to us. Never taking PIA again. First flight in 12 years was Absolutely atrocious.

My personal experience with Pakistan International Airlines is very bad. The seats and tables are very dirty. There is no entertainment system so you have to sit bored in your whole flight. There is a lot of noise in the cabins and staff is not responsible, cooperative or helpful. People behind you keep bumping your seat and bathrooms are not clean. Food is fine and leg space is usually very less unless you are travelling in business or first class.
