worst flight expierence since 15years. flight rescheduled to a date which does not exist - let us wait on auckland airport for five hours to tell that we are not on the rescheduled flight and their are full. let us stay in a foreign country/airport without accomandation sleeping possibility. i understand the auckland flood, but confirming misinformation about changed flights and leting people alone in nights on airport should be charged and fined. no willing to take responsibility for their errors. at least a dozen of people where affected next to me. worst airline crisis management ever noticed, never ever again in my life. try to refund the damage of searching for accomandation at night, transportation and cancelation fees of accomandation in remote country !
