I flew from Sofia to Frankfurt in July. The flight never reached the airport in Frankfurt - we went to Munich instead. I have sent a claim to receive my money back for a transfer from Munich to Frankfurt. They have 2 months to process such a request. Now it is the end of November and after calling many times and following up I have not received any reply. The customer service is very rude and arrogant and they do not even hide that they do not care at all to help you. I am deeply shocked by their impoliteness after each time I call them. Terrible experience, I do not recommend them to anyone.
