Our holiday from Europe to St Martin and Jamaica involved 7 flights. This was way worst! The flight was changed once soon after booking (from a decent time to 7.02 am), then we awoke at 3.30 am on flight day to find it had been delayed 2hrs30! I also found the website terribly confusing. I had to ring twice, long distance, to check baggage details and for mobility assistance. We actually had to pay for the bag at the airport – in 64 years of flying, I’ve never had that unless I got it wrong. Most inconvenient – I like to pay dollars in one big lump as I get charged for it! The one plus was that we were invited to take whatever we wanted from the designated snack bar – no money limit. The flight was a poor one. There was only turbulence early on but the seat belt sign was never turned off, so no going to the toilet etc. There needs to be a better system – pilots have other duties and can forget! I will avoid if at all possible in future.
