Turkish Airlines review by Somayeh

Surprisingly bad customer service at Tehran office. The flights between Tehran and Istanbul and return are always different experience and the quality of all services reduces significantly. As a regular passenger for this airline, I gave them a relief the first time I experienced a lower respect in that side, but it kept continuing and I decided to write a review. Either Turkish airline doesn't care about that group of customers who travel back and forth to Iran or there is something really wrong about that department's management which they still need to fix.
