I took this airline several times, short and long haul flights. I won't recommend this airline. 1. The worst customer service: -didn't help with questions via phone. She even raised her tone. - The worst one: at check in counter, the staff refused to take off my passport's plastic without reason and asked me to do that. When I refused, she took off the plastic and said that she cancelled my flight because of this incident. I then asked another officer and she defended herself to her. The other officer helped me to check in in anpther counter. They didn't apologize. She lied by saying cancel my flight, there is no right to cancel my flight and her attitude was bad. No control from management. Very poor customer service and no help. 2. In my experience, the flights was always delayed by at least an hour, where at least 20 minutes delayed was inside the cabin. 3. Food was so poor, only sorbet to Zürich. 4. For long haul flight, the entertainment also bad. 5. My baggage was scratched when I got it back. Really bad handling. 6. Overpriced for their bad service. Tips: avoid this airline.
