Flying with Ryanair we experienced the worst customer service ever. This budget airline makes up for its low costs fares by presenting its customers with additional fees for everything. We were aware of bagage charges but never anticipated that we would be presented with a 55 euro pp check in fee because we did not check in online. We are a family of 4 travelling from Australia in Europe and learnt the hard way that Ryanair has no qualms about ripping its customers off. The flight is a turnaround and we waited on the tarmac while passengers disembarked only to board a plane that had not been cleaned. We had a night flight and at no time are the cabin lights dimmed as staff continue to try sell food/drink/duty free and scratch card. I know when you fly with a budget airline you need to adjust your expectations but I know I will never fly Ryanair again and would suggest looking at other carriers if at all possible. Customers deserve better
