The worst experience i ever had! All of their flights are always delayed ! They don't notify you before this happens! But wasting 4 extra hours at the airport is no big deal compare to missing your connecting flight in istanbul and spending night in a crappy hotel and they didn't even give us food! On top of that they brought us to the airport 5 hours before the flight, ridiculous! Oh wait, I also payed for seat selection for that flight that I missed, that's money I ll never see again. All customer service tells you is they can't help you in any way, no reimbursement, no business class upgrade, keep dreaming! They don't care about your inconvenience at all. The line of arguing and yelling people at that desk at the airport in istanbul was endless. I can't believe I payed 2400 dollars for a round trip ticket and that's economy class! I personally will never fly turkish airlines again and will not recommend it!
