Ethiopian Airlines review by Valentin

It was my first flight experience with ET Ethiopian Airlines and I am afraid ET did not meet standards that I would expect from an airline that is part of an Alliance that stands for quality of its members. On my first flight from DXB to Addis, there was a delay due to the weather conditions in Addis. While this delay is beond ETs control, unfortunately, there was no prior information given to passengers in Dubai, despite a delay of 6 hours. The more severe issue was, that inflight, when I went to the bathroom at the rear of the aircraft, there were two fligh attendants sleeping on the jumpseats in the galley and clearly there was nobody on duty (awake) in the whole economy section. As an airline employee, I understand that this is a breach of safety that I have not witnessed on any other flight. It goes without saying, that such behavior puts passengers and crew at risk and needs to be reported to the respective authorities. You are thinking about flying ET? Think again.
