British airways is always late, their website is atrocious, and they won't let you checkin until 24 hours before the flight and then tell you that you must do it at the airlines because it is less than 24 hours. I have been trying for 6 hours to check in and/or find a real person to speak with. Finally customer service had such a thick accent I didn't think they were speaking English. Avoid this airline.
