Austrian Airlines review by Pari

This was my second time travelling with Austrian Airlines and I hated it both times. The staff are RUDE and they make you feel like you should not be asking them anything (even though it's their job). I had stewardesses make rude comments about me in German (they did not know that I also speak German) and roll their eyes at me when I asked for water. Last time, Austrian Airlines lost our stroller and instead of apologizing and resolving the issue, the customer service was HORRIBLE, the staff was super disrespectful and it was all in all a TERRIBLE experience. The bathrooms on the plane was disgusting and both my mother and I got food poisoning from the plane. I could go on and on but all you need to know is that: the rudeness of the staff, combined with the fact that the food on the flight is bad and the seats are super uncomfortable make this airline my last choice - and I fly quite often and have quite extensive experience with other airlines, so that means a lot.
