Swiss was good, but has become one of the worst airlines. In Switzerland this airline is kind of a monopoly which gives them the advantage / privillege to operate like this. Customer service is extremely bad, rude and with a passive aggressive "I don't really care" style, generally not helpful, or if they help, they make customers feel they bother them. Flights are always late, planes not clean, I have photos of chewing gums stuck on seats, bread crumbs and salad oil on table, totally disgusting. Food is nothing to mention, I never even have it when in economy class anymore. Business class is not worth mentioning either. Swiss business class is like economy class in Qatar, Emirates, Thai or Qantas. Only more ridiculously overpriced. Business & Gold card holder Lounges are no big deal at all. Even after a major renovation In Zurich main lounge, nothing changed. Other things: often website problems, ticketing issues, laughable in flight entertainment etc. Pricing: Expensive both business & economy, definitely not worth it. I would most definitely not recommend Swiss. It is sad, they represent Switzerland and the way they conduct their business gives Switzerland bad name.
