If you are thinking flying GOL or KLM to latin america and you have kids READ THIS! GOL AIRLINES did not give us a seatbelt for your 18 year old son, even if after we asked for it. Apart from the obvious hazard for your child. We always travel with a stroller that every single time until now, we give at the planes gate and get it back right when we leave the plane. GOL took our stroller and without telling us they sent it to the cargo bay UNTIL THE FINAL DESTINATION. That means that even when we got off the second connecting flight (out of 3) in Amsterdam with KLM, we where not able to use our stroller until final destination. We had at least 4km walk in Rio de Janeiro airport to the transit gate (btw no aircon at that airport, only heat and humidity). Then 5 hours lay over in Amsterdam also without the stroller...KLM plane was also in bad condition. To make things worse KLM lost the stroller on the way and we finally got it 2 days later at our final destination.
