I often use wizzair due to the prises. If everything works fine, they are OK for the money. However, if anything needs to be tuned, also on their responsibility, like system crash or unavailability of the website, you find yourself lost in a nightmare. There is no chance to call a customer support to get a solution, the ground crew is badly trained and not allowed to take any decisions - they most probably will also try to call the same malfunctioning support. At the end you will pay for it to get any further. Not a good feeling even if at the end it still will be cheaper than a serious airline.
