COMPLETE MAYHEM. Overall my 9 hour trip took 34 hours. They lost my bag. PROVIDED NO HOTEL. TO THIS DAY TAP PORTUGAL HAS NOT ISSUED ME COMPENSATION AND THEY REFUSE TO PICK UP MY CALLS. WORST AIRLINE COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN ON. All of the employees and prejudicial, provide different answers and are completely and utterly rude going as far as yelling in your face. Their lack of accountability is mind blowing and I am shocked that the company is not under investigation given the amount of regulations they broke.
