Economy Class

Upon taking a recent trip on American my flight was delayed over 15 hours. The first leg was delayed due to a late arrival which would entail me missing my connection. The representative that helped me was exceptionally rude. The next day I had to arrive at 5am which meant making my poor family member leave her house at 4:30am. Then my flight from Dallas was delayed another 6 hours due to mechanical error. I didn't bother the representatives at the Airport as they were being yelled at. When I wrote Customer Service I was blown off twice by (Customer Relations...lol) When I asked for a supervisors name she did not reply and when I tried to reach her by email again I got a reply that said the email I sent to was "un monitored" so I would need to start over! I booked a flight to Hawaii today I had a choice between United and American. I hope you can all guess I booked United.
