The worst Airline I ever flown. The most useless customer service. Received a message from the airlines that the schedule was changed. And when requested for changing the flight they charged additional fee though it was their fault to change the schedule of the original flight. Such an idiotic Airlines that they do they do the mistake and force the customer to book a flight and then top of it charge additional fee along with changed airfare. Such a pathetic airlines. Their customer service representatives Cynthia, Cape Town, South Africa such a horrible person that I have decided never to fly again on Lufthansa
