Economy Class

The service on board was the worst. We are family of 8 with 2 babies.The rest were old enough. However the crews were unhelpful when we requested hot water for making baby milk. They were also rude. I was appalled by their service. Our flight was delayed and our luggages came after more than 24 hrs and inconveniencing us with 1 of the luggage damaged . After writing a detailed email i received a poorly written email from Shaima who got some of the facts wrong. We have 8 people but in their reply they are only compensating 5 passengers instead of 8 despite having all passengers luggage delayed. I have requested for someone from higher management to relook into my case but this was also ignored. We have travelled with sri lankan airlines, malaysia airlines, singapore airlines, thai airways and some budget airlines previously. Emirates has been the worst. Imagine rude staff, delay luggage, damage luggage and inappropriate email reply. I have never sat on a plane whereby when u press the call button nobody turned up. We only called when necessary. I m not sure if anyone has experience but my xperience with emirates is the worst.
