This airline describes itself as "a full service carrier". Sadly, its focus on "service" appears to be almost non existent. There is an attitude that we the airline are doing you a favour - things are done with attitude and in an unfriendly and hostile way. The staff show no enthusiasm to deal with passengers. Their aircraft are new and that is great, but they don't seem to be able to establish a culture that puts the customer first. Sadly it shows with grumpy staff, inflexible systems, below average food and beverage. After my last AA flight you ask yourself - "why did I choose AA again" ?
