Ryanair review by Camilla

I can define it as the worst flight of my life ever! First off all, I paid for priority board and when I asked the staff about how to proceed because my son is autistic, I had to wait with him and we've been almost the last for boarding. The airplane was terribly dirty, stinky and hot as a hell which lead my blood pressure to drop and I almost fainted. The crew was very rude. The guy who was serving came to pick up my rubbish and because I didn't heard him due to looking after my son, when I realised that he was calling me, I tried to give him the rubbish but he looked at me whispering something ,just walked away and left me with the rubbish. Plus when the plane has landed (harshly and everybody had kissed the front seats), the people was taking the luggage, the same rude guy started to speak on the microphone that his time is up and he was needing to go, turning on and off the lights. Disgraceful experience! I definitely NOT recommend!
