Worst airline ever. The only positive thing about United is that yes it flies you from point A to point B. Apart from that it's a complete disaster. The quality of the food is very poor, the seats are old and the entertainment system is old and buggy but the worst of the worst is of course their awful rude and aggressive staff. On one flight they did not provide any earphones, when I asked about it the flight attendant simply said "We don't do this anymore" I was shocked as I fly regularly on other airlines and they all still provide earphones. Another time I called them to get some water and the flight attendant came to my seat and told me "Stand up and get it by yourself it's over there" I was completely shocked on his tone of voice. A last time (Before I tell myself to NEVER EVER fly with them) I asked for a pen and they told they don't have anymore pens in the plane... Also when I was near the tail of the airplane just stretching my legs, one staff told "You are not allowed to stay here, go back to your seat"
