I flight about 30x a year with various airlines and my experience with Avianca was the worst I have encountered. Trying to get my boarding pass there were multiple counters closed and many staff standing around talking amongst themselves and not helping anyone. Once I arrived at the counter the lady informed me that my flight was delayed but because I had no baggage they would help me transfer at the other end with a supervisor (which was a lie) they also told me that my flight had been booked twice and billed for 2 tickets that they could not refund me for. This airline does not try or care about helping anyone.
