We went through all kinds of hoops to get the authorization to travel to Saint Lucia because of their Covid restrictions but did not download the final authorization. Delta's station manager in Hartford patiently and kindly helped us do this, trying repeatedly and finally meeting us at the gate to finish the process. It was not easy. We would not have been able to enter St Lucia without her help. The whole Delta staff, coming and going to Atlanta and then on to St Lucia on these flights (12/5 and 12/12) were also helpful, courteous, with both flights smooth and on time. Delta's advertising as number one in customer satisfaction is not surprising to us! (The food was just little snacks I couldn't eat because I'm gluten free, but that's all you expect on airlines these days)
