Business Class

I didn't receive my luggage on December 8, 2019 up till now December 20, 2019 I have not received my luggage. And I'm not getting any feedback from klm except their WhatsApp line that's not helping. All other means of communication has failed. I have spent the whole day waiting for an update from the WhatsApp media without response. I frustrated and disappointed with KLM
